إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ القدر |
| 97:2 | How awesome is the Night of Destiny! | وَمَا أَدْرَكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ |
| 97:3 | The Night of Destiny is better than a thousand months. | لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ |
| 97:4 | The angels and the Spirit descend therein, by their Lord's leave, to carry out every command. | تَنَزَّلُ الْمَلَئِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِمْ مِنْ كُلِّ أَمْرٍ |
| 97:5 | Peaceful it is until the advent of the dawn. | سَلَمٌ هِيَ حَتَّى مَطْلَعِ الْفَجْرِ |
